Avlight’s Manesar and Chennai plants use advanced injection molding machines from 60–700 tons with auxiliary systems, metallizing, assembly and ultrasonic welding, while Auto Components assembles 120,000 two-wheeler wheel assemblies monthly.
Avlight’s 650-member workforce includes skilled workers, technicians, engineers and managers experienced in design, development and production, supported by in-house product development and CAD-CAM tool room collaborating with customers on quality.
