The manufacturing facility at Avlight Automotives (P) Ltd (Manesar & Chennai) is equipped With the state of the art facilities comprising of:

Electric Injection Molding Machines with capacity to handle molds from 60 Ton to 700 Ton along with Auxiliary Equipment required for Precision Molding like Hot Runner Temperature Controllers, Dehumidifiers, Driers and Auto Loaders, Mold Temperature Controllers.

The manufacturing facility at Avlight Auto Components (P) Ltd., is equipped to assemble and supply complete wheel Assemblies for two wheeler up to 120,000 Nos per month.
AVLight Group has an employee strength of 650, pan India. The work force comprises of skilled and semi-skilled workers, technicians and experienced team of engineers and managers. The Team has expertise in design, development and production of international quality products. Our core strength is the in-house Product Development Cell and Tool Room with CAD CAM utilities. The Team works closely with the customers to match their standards of Development, Quality, Cost and Productivity, within prescribed time limits.
Major Facilities
As on date, the group has 3 manufacturing facilities located at key auto hubs in India:
1. IMT MANESAR, Haryana: Plant commissioned in 2004
2. NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh: Plant commissioned in 2014
3. VALLAM VADAGAL, Chennai: Plant commissioned in 2015

Avlight Noida facility is dedicated for 2 Wheeler sub-assemblies namely:
