The AVLIGHT GROUP as on date constitutes

Avlight Automotives Ltd., was established in 1996 in the industrial hub of north India, Faridabad, by two 1st generation industry professionals, to manufacture Plastic molded components , Lighting Equipment & Plastic Injection molds

In 2004 Avlight shifted its manufacturing facilities to IMT, Manesar, Haryana, India with an acquisition of one acre of industrial plot and construction of factory building with built up area of more than 25,000 square feet. The plant at Manesar has equipment with wide range of Plastic Injection Molding Facilities to handle molds from 80 Tons to 700 Tons, with automated Assembly Section and Tool Room which is equipped with latest designing and machining facility (CAD/CAM).

The dynamic leadership of the Top Management and the dedicated effort of the AVLIGHT TEAM has enabled the company to grow continuously a steady pace to meet the increasing needs of the customers by providing, with reliable quality products with total focus on QUALITY, COMPETITIVE COST AND TIMELY DELIVERY.

To further enhance the manufacturing capacities, the company established its second plant in the state of Tamil Nadu, at Valam Vadagal, in 2014, at a new Industrial hub developed by SIPCOT opposite India Yamaha’s 2nd plant, to explore and cater to needs of the company’s products in South India.

The company converted into Private limited company in Dec 2013.

Avlight Auto Components (P) Ltd was operationalized in 2014, by the promoters, of Avlight Automotives (P) Ltd., to establish a new business of Wheel Assy & Foot Rest Assy for Motorcycles/ Scooters, at the new facility at NOIDA as an independent company, under the same management. This business has grown exponentially in the last 5 years, to touch the top line more than Rs. 240 Crores. (FY 2018-19)

In order to enhance technology and skills in the field of manufacturing of Plastic Injection Molds, Avlight entered into Joint Venture with ALTRUST PRO-TECH TOOLING PTE. LTD., Singapore. AVLIGHT Group has entered into a joint venture with ALTRUST PRO-TECH TOOLING PTE. LTD., Singapore, for the design and manufacture of injection Molds & Dies in India, for OEM and Tier I & II customers globally.

The promoters of the Avlight group are 1st generation entrepreneurs, professionally qualified, who have more than seven decades of experience in the automotive industry.

ANIL ANAND, the key person behind the group and during his stint in employment he has worked with large industrial business houses, before venturing in 1996 with Mr. Rajan Sharma, the other promoter, to start Avlight Automotives Ltd.
His employment tenure with OEM & Tier 1 Suppliers for a span of 20 years motivated him for venturing to start up Avlight in the field of Plastic Injection molded components, Automotive lighting & Plastic Injection Molds.
Today Mr. Anil Anand is the key person, and Chairman cum Managing Director of Avlight Group Companies. His drive and initiatives are key factor in the growth of the companies under the Avlight Group. He is also instrumental in putting together a dedicated team of professionals, working towards the vision and goals set forth for the companies in the group.

RAJAN SHARMA, is the key person in creating and managing the Tool and Mold manufacturing facilities for Avlight. His employment tenure with Tier 1 Suppliers for a span of 22 years involves establishing Tool Room and development of new products for Automotive Industry.
